2. YOGA BLOCKS
Okay friends, the second product is something that is really important for me... Throughout my practice especially that even after three years as a yogi, my arm string will not stretch as fast as a younger yogi... it's one of my favorite also but it's very challenging for me to use it because I keep on watching online how to actually use it and I'm starting to really fall in love with it.......there's a lot of friends and we are talking about the yoga weed so the other wheel helps you with a lot of asanas for example to open your chest, open your shoulders to just let it slide with you and see how your body keeps on moving in the flexibility that you never knew existed and it also helps with the leg stretching the hamstrings with balance as well so it's one of the really cool actually props that you can own........ you just have to be really careful with it because it's not like the block or the belt.....it helps you but you also have to be careful using it....what I really love about it is that it came with its own bag so if I need to do somewhere else outdoor to a yoga studio and practice with it.......
5.TIBETAN BELLS
here we go..... I love the Tibetan bells...I use them to start my practice.... meditation to just have a rhythm while I practice because it's not always very fitness....it's not always very powerful.... sometimes you just need to practice an affair with flowing way but with a beat Or with a rhythm......I really love these belts because the sound is just amazing... it vibrates your soul...
6. TIBETAN BOWL
another vibration to the soul that we can celebrate...this little Tibetan gem or bowl is used so much especially also during Shavasana in class and I also use it on myself... it's very important to know how the vibrational crates can really release a lot of self-doubts, a lot of pain, a lot of stress...maybe some people are saying what is she talking about pain relief.....but trust me the more you use it the more you will be hooked up... 8.FOAM ROLLER
the product that is actually helpful for post-yoga practice is the massage wheel... I love using this...it's really like the first time when I used it I felt so much pain because it really pressures on your muscle but when you practice especially if you practice for a long time for example if you go and you practice power yoga for almost 45 to 75 minutes this guy would be your best friend after yoga because using gift on the legs, on the bag, even on the sides is so good....it releases all the tension that your muscle has been building because sometimes you going to a sauna that is a bit like challenging for you and he stressed a little bit... even though if you breathe.....because the yoga teacher asks you to breathe even though...if you try to breathe your muscle if it's not used to the asana or stress a little bit.... so this one is recommended...I also found it on Amazon... 10.JOURNALING
the last product is notebooks journals....when you start your yoga journey, you find yourself sometimes wandering throughout the day about things....you go through how yoga makes you awake and mindful about....so many things that you didn't know existed or nearly existed but you just chose not to know and writing about them keeps you humble......keeps you grounded....keeps you conscious and I really advise you to have your own journal to write every now and then what you feel.....what you go through.....what you feel when you are on your mat....what you feel when you travel...if you saw someone and if you talk to someone..... it's really important to write down your emotions......because it helps so much....and there you go the last product is to have your own journal......
